profileJack has a long history of technology application in Real Estate. He started in computer programming and then became a REALTOR® at age 20. He has been applying technology to his daily on-the-street real estate practices ever since.
With his specialized knowledge of Real Estate and the Internet, Jack is the best at developing Internet applications that produce! Before technology was even “hip”, he was helping the National Association of REALTORS® reshape their technology module of the GRI program to be more relevant to the end real estate user. Years later, he was paving the way with the development of AgentsPlanet and a few years later, RapidLead. He was then asked by several large brokers to keep his ideas within their strategies. He took one broker from 20 leads/month in one year! The other - he reduced their overhead by 500% in 3 months and improved results at the same time! He has created many concepts copied by others in the industry.
