Methodology    
                         

There are many things to consider when you are developing a web presence. What I do is analyze
your market conditions and, using my experience in real estate, develop content that not only
generates leads, but qualifies those leads to extract as much information from the prospect as they
are willing to give. I then work with, or develop, your leads department so that they can properly
handle and incubate the leads before turning them over to your agents.

It is important to understand the validity and effectiveness of the content itself. I believe much of it
is driven by the techies that think up cool new tools but don't understand the industry well enough
to speak to the consumer effectively. That is where the Real Estate professionals should be involved
but they don't understand websites enough to be able to contribute. If the two got together, then the
tools could match the trade.

That is where I come in. I have been on both sides and have effectively implemented specialized content with surprising results:

- 11 Recruiting Leads the first month for a broker site without any advertising
- Specialized leads such as Relo, Recruiting and New Construction
- Specific results such as:

 
  "We currently own a home in the Lakes area. Corner
lot, 2655 Sq. Ft., 4 bd., 2.5 bth, pool and spa, and
we are looking to sell. Would like to speak with
you to discuss commission charges, etc."

In my content, I design specific areas that fit your marketplace to fill holes not being addressed as
well as provide you another marketing angle to draw traffic. There are many areas in which this can
be done such as New Construction, Foreclosures, Renters, etc.
