Notable Accomplishments:

Jack helped the National Association of Realtors® rewrite their G.R.I. program - specifically the technology and new construction modules. This was shortly after being featured as a "tech savvy' agent in Realtor® Magazine (printed in the July/August 1994 issue)

Jack sat with the President of the largest homebuilder in the State of Minnesota and shared his research on building materials, cost savings and production efficiency from his own 4 years of being a General Contractor and impressed him so much he tried to hire Jack on the spot as a consultant.

Since 1998, Jack has moved to Internet solutions for Real estate

Created AgentsPlanet, a portal site for real estate agents peaking at over 20000 daily users and almost 1 million monthly page views
Created RapidLead, a real estate website platform that combined TTS technology with real estate content.
Consulted with many of the major website platforms
Consulted with several real estate vendors to help them make their offerings more real estate friendly
Written several books, using his long-establshed strength of relating technology to practical activities for agents and brokers on the street.
