Jim Dague


Jim has over three decades experience in the real estate business. He has seen everything in the business from 15+% interest rates in the late ’70s to the financial and credit crises of 2009. During it all, he has built up several real estate brokerages to hundreds of agents in multiple locations. Jim has a special knack for recruiting and teaching. He has been named “Instructor of the Year” more than once at the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® and has also taught real estate law at the College of Southern Nevada. He keeps his classes paced well and interesting with current issues and facts. Jim especially understands large brokerages as he built the most successful Century 21 office in the world during the period of 2003-2006.

G. William James

William is one of the real estate nation’s most popular PDA trainers. He is on the forefront of all Palm technology and is fully versed in the Blackberry and iPhone as well. William has spoken at many major conventions including the annual National Association of REALTORS® convention, the California Association of REALTORS® convention, the Florida Association of REALTORS® convention and more.

Jennie Holder

Jennie also has decades of brokerage experience starting with an independent in Houston, TX that was one of the most profitable in the area. She sold that company and moved to Las Vegas where she eventually helped build an independent company up from 1400 agents to over 2200 and built an incredibly successful vendor and leads department that produced over 2 Million in revenue a year. She also served at local, state and national levels as a REALTOR®. She was the Chair of the MLS committee as well as a member of the large brokerage committee at the NAR level.

Bryan Serres

Bryan started as a teacher, getting his teaching degree right after high school. After he moved to Las Vegas, he started work with one of the most successful Century 21 brokerages in the country as a technology advisor and helped develop a highly profitable system for vendors called the Connections program that was used as the model for the entire brand. He then became an agent himself and enjoyed several years of six-figure success as both a REALTOR® and investor. Bryan is especially good at teaching agents technology in a way they understand and apply.
