After over 60 years of proudly serving our community, Vescio’s Italian
Restaurant in Dinkytown will be closing our doors in March. It has been one heck
of a run. We have had the pleasure of serving multiple generations of families
over the years. We have even had five generations of our own family working at
Vescio’s in Dinkytown !!!
The Vescio family is very grateful to our past and present employees who have
worked alongside us. You are all family and we can’t thank you enough for your
countless hours of hard work and dedication.
A special thanks goes out to all of our customers. Many of you have become
good friends throughout the years. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve
everyone and be a part of your lives.
As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. In March, our family will
move on to new beginnings, adventures and opportunities. Once again, thank
you to all of our customers and friends for so many wonderful memories. We will
certainly miss all of you.
Beware all you walleyes, crappies and sunfish out there.... here comes Frank!!!

    Vescio's resides just a block away from the entrance to the historic University area and many students visit us regularly.

    We are also a popular spot to eat after many of the U's athletic events as the Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey, Softball, Tennis and Swimming facilities are just blocks away, making it very convenient to visit before or after an event.
