Introduction
Lee comes from a background of Real Estate as it is a family business. As a REALTOR® himself, Lee averaged 187 listings per year for 10 years WITHOUT A TEAM, so he's been there. When he teaches, it's from experience.
Lee holds several designations such as ABR, ABRM, CRB, CRS, RRG, SRES, CDPE and MCNE. He is approved by NAR as an ABR Instructor and as an ‘At Home with Diversity’ instructor and also a Senior CRS Instructor. He also teaches REBI courses.
Lee teaches with humor and insight into today's complex real estate market. He's held his Real Estate License since 1977.
Lee is the recipient of the following honors:
Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce 2002 Community Achievement Award for Real Estate and Land Development
Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS – Ron Reiss Educational Award for outstanding contributions toward the education of the membership
Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS – REALTOR of the Year, 2004
Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS – Instructor of the Year, 2005, 2013 and 2015
