Introduction
As a Broker/Owner for almost 30 years, I'm experienced in every phase of the real estate business. Teaching is just a natural extension of that as I want to share all of my wisdom with those walking the same path.
I started giving regular instruction outside of my own companies in 1999 when I began teaching real estate and business classes at Pierce College, La Valley College and UCLA Extension.
Over the years I have helped thousands of students prepare for and pass the California Real Estate Salesperson and Broker License Exam.
Currently my focus is on common sense business practices and planning. Too many in real estate operate without a plan or a realistic plan. Real Estate is a business, unique - yes, but still a business and it needs to be treated like one. You should have a business plan, a marketing plan, plan to work hard and you will succeed.
